Luminous layers resin tables
Every table I make is built by hand, one at a time, in my Calgary workshop. No two pieces are ever exactly alike. Whether it’s an ocean scene, a live-edge river table, a table created from reclaimed resin artwork, or a completely custom commission, each piece is designed to be a functional work of art.
I use premium epoxy resin, carefully selected wood and materials, and countless hours of shaping, pouring, sanding, and polishing to create a finish that’s built to last. Every layer is poured with purpose, giving the table depth, movement, and character that can’t be duplicated.
Some tables begin with natural hardwood, while others are created using resin and crafted pieces. Rather than letting beautiful pieces go to waste, I give them a second life by incorporating them into entirely new works of art. These reclaimed tables are just as unique and often tell an even richer story.
If you’re looking for something personal, I also create custom tables. Together we can choose the size, shape, colors, wood, resin effects, and overall design to create a piece made specifically for your home or business. No matter the style, every custom table is one of a kind.
Every Luminous Layers table is personally signed and dated by me and includes a Certificate of Authenticity COA. The certificate confirms the table’s authenticity, records its creation date, and identifies it as an original handcrafted piece.
These aren’t factory-made furniture pieces. They’re original works of functional art, built to be enjoyed every day and made to last for generations
